After years of trying to lose weight, the 42-year-old decided to try the LighterLife diet.
She has since lost an incredible 9st and looks completely unrecognisable nowadays.
“In 2017, I had reached breaking point. I was now in my 40s and being bigger than others was a feeling I could still relate to.
I’d reached the 19st mark, which was the heaviest I’d ever been.
“After months of struggling to sleep and finding it difficult to even walk my children three minutes around the corner to the childminders, I’d finally had enough.”

“There is a history of diabetes in the family too and my lovely mum was diagnosed with cancer last year, so my own mortality has been at the forefront throughout my journey.”
After years of trying to lose weight, Sam considered getting gastric surgery.
But before going under the knife, she decided to give one final diet a go.
It also offers support to dieters, who can visit local centres or talk to counsellors on the phone.
This lifestyle helped the mum to kick her binge eating habits, which has led to her losing 9st.

“I understand when I am hungry and also how much food my body needs as fuel, rather than eating a huge plate of food.”
As well as eating more healthily, the super-slimmer has started running four times a week.
She has also been reaping the benefits of cognitive behavioural therapy, which has changed the way she thinks about food.
The mum admitted: “Deciding to start the LighterLife Total plan was the best decision I could have made, surgery would never have fixed my unhealthy relationship with food.
“Having the dedicated support of a LighterLife group is invaluable when you’ve had years of reaching for food for the wrong reasons.
“I’ve become the person I want to be, at the weight I want to be – it feels amazing to be able to say that!”
