A recent study from the University of North Florida found that activities that involve balance, muscle coordination, spatial orientation can significantly improve a person’s working memory.

And a recent study, by the Good Housekeeping Institute, found people tend to burn a whopping 600 calories by conducting two hours of cleaning.
The study found window cleaning was the most taxing task, with participants burning an average of 115 calories in 20 minutes.
Scrubbing the bathroom from top to bottom burnt an average of 100 calories, while dusting for 40 minutes burned nearly 200 calories.
